What happens if I don’t take delivery of my order?
The charges associated for a shipment to be returned by our freight partner is approximately three times the cost of the original freight.
The original order value will be reduced by $25 and refunded within 7-10 days.
Should you no longer require the product, we recommend accepting delivery and simply organising a Return (to our Australian warehouse) via our Returns page. This will be more efficient & economical
